Carol’s Daughter and Disney’s The Princess and The Frog Collection

Princess Tiana

To be a young Black girl right now has to be a great thing.  Disney's The Princess and The Frog hits theaters a week before my birthday on December 11 and I can't wait to see this movie.  I think every woman and girl has an inner princess and this monumental movie will be great for self-esteem of young Black girls who now can look and see a princess that looks like them.  The cool thing is Disney partnering with one of my favorite beauty lines Carol's Daughter to bring the Magical Beauty Collection

I grew up with a dad who told me I was beautiful, smart, loved, and his princess almost everyday and I know not every girl gets this kind of love.  If you want to take part in this collection, you have to sign up right away.  Beginning October 1, Carol's daughter will email all who signed up on the
site to be notified specifically for the Princess Tiana assortment, October 2,
they will notify the rest of the sign ups.  I've already signed up because I have very young nieces and Aunt Ju-Ju knows that no matter what age they are they will always be my princesses.  I will have "big girl bath time" with the bubble bath as soon as it becomes available.

It’s about time Disney! Tiana is adorable, I want to be her. I was a Daddy’s girl too but never really a princess, I was more of a tomboy.

Carols Daughter is an awesome line and I have been in love ever since the store opened in Pentagon City! I tell my friends about her Ocean souffle all the time! Its a soft breezy scent that stays with you but isnt overpowering! Being an African American young woman I love to support quality black businesses!! So keep up the good work Ms. Carol!!
