Ina Garten is at again. I have just pre-ordered her new cookbook How Easy Is That: Fabulous Recipes and Easy Tips. I love watching Ina create food that's easy and delicious. I have all her cookbooks and I consistently go back to them. Ina is the person that turned me on to D'Artagnan White Truffle Butter. I keep this butter on hand because it elevates pasta, fish, and anything thing it touches to an entirely different foodie hemisphere of flavor.
