Be still my beauty beating heart. Today at 1pm EST Elle Magazine's Beauty Director Emily Dougherty is giving a live beauty chat on Elle's Facebook Page and Elle.com. I have met Emily before at a beauty event in New York. She is as nice as she is professional. She wasn't feeling well and still made time to chat.
