I love talking to my nieces because the difference in generations constantly fascinates me. I remember my parents criticizing my music and I am doing the same. But one area we always agree on is beauty and perfume. We are all girlie girls and I love hearing about their beauty discoveries. In fashion what’s old is new again and it can be the same for fragrance. One particular niece has just discovered YSL Paris. When she told me I couldn’t stop thinking “Memories like the corners of mind . . .” because I used to rock that scent.
I wish we had this conversation before I went to Paris because I would have bought a bottle to bring back from duty free.
