It’s funny how time flies when your having fun! This past weekend the blog celebrated it’s 5th Anniversary. Five years – seriously? How could that be. It seems that it was just yesterday I started the blog and met tons of great ladies. I met Lianne, Erika, Amber, Daneen, Marina, and Teri – a/k/a The Beauty Girls and it’s all because of blogging. Blogging introduced me to darling women like Afrobella, Life of a Ladybug, The Jet Set Girls and many more. I would not be here without the readers who come for beauty tips, travel insights, food fascinations, and yoga love.
You’ve watched me go from working like crazy for someone else to working for myself. I’m sure that many didn’t realize that the Internet would be what it is. I’m thankful that I found my calling and my husband all because of it.
To the brands who have supported me from the beginning when people were like “bloggers, ewww.” To my dear readers a big THANK YOU. To Tia Williams and Kimberly Wilson who inspired and encouraged me to start a blog in the first place, Merci.
