Bar Method’s DVD Presale: Super Sculpting & Super Sculpting II

I have never tried the Bar Method, but all my friends in New York seem to have tried the classes.  I keep telling myself I’m going to go on a Wellness Crawl in New York, but I have yet to schedule it, but I need to.  I’m headed to Rancho La Puerta on Saturday for a personal wellness week for myself and I can’t wait to try the Bar Method when I’m there. I hope that if I get hooked I can use these DVDs to add to my year of wellness. The preview sale last until April 7.

It’s been a rough week and after feeling out of sorts for months finally getting a diagnosis of why has been liberating. Now, it’s a journey of discovering new foods to cook, what I have to give up, and what I have to gain. I now know why I have been feeling exhausted every single day, the dry skin, the weight gain, and just not feeling myself. I have an amazing doctor and just made an appointment with a Naturopath. I’m lucky because my yoga studio has one in house.

How ironic is it that the week I’m going to Rancho La Puerta it’s Bar Method and Yoga and Mindfulness week. This retreat could not have come at a better time. God knows what I need before I do.

I have been doing The Dailey Method (which is based on the same principles and format as The Bar Method and Pure Barre) and adore it. I had always done weight training and cardio for years 5 times a week. By adding The Dailey Method to my weekly exercise routine, I have noticed quite a change in my body: my core is much stronger, my balance has develped and my flexibility has returned. After a week, I was addicted. The combination of yoga, core work, and pilates/ballet (minimal) moves has really added a dimension to my workouts that was sorely missing. I hope you have a great time.
