If you are like me anything with the word “glycolic” has me shaking in my boots. I had a bad experience at a dermatologist’s office a few years ago and swore off anything with the “word that shall not be named” in it. When I was asked to test Cane + Austin’s Retexturizing Treatment Pads I was very hesitant. There was that word again. But, I decided to give it a try and hope for the best. Well, the best happened. I love these pads. I use them twice a week in the evening and the texture of my summer beaten skin has greatly improved. I might add more glycolic facials in my future, but as with everything in life I’m easing into it for now.
A lot of these products are much too harsh.
I love glycolic pads. They seem to be a lot more gentle in pad form than they are at the dermatologist.
