I have never had the pleasure of taking a Kathryn Budig yoga class or workshop. Sure she comes to DC, but I always am out of town. I have admired her from afar and actually stalk her Facebook page to see where she’s doing her famous handstand. My friend J. Lo (yes I have a real J. Lo in my life) has a photo of Kathryn on her vision board. She’s such an inspiration. When I heard she had a DVD coming out I knew I needed to have Kathryn with me on the road. For some reason I like my exercise DVDs with me instead of watching them on various websites. I know, crazy.
Aim True is now on the top of my DVD list for yoga. Kathryn’s face is so soothing and her poses are challenging, but fun. She is the main reason that for one of my “40 Before 40” (I’ll explain in December) is to be able to do a handstand in front of the Washington Monument and in front of the Eiffel Tower. I seriously love me some yoga.
