I made it from Paris to Provence in one beauty-full piece. I love traveling by train and when you are passing time in the French countryside with a magazine, Kindle, portable wine, and conversation the time passes quickly. I was asked before I left DC “Does Paris get old?” Never. It’s still magical to me. I love the slower pace, the numerous hours sitting, talking, exploring, and learning. Let’s not forgot all the eating. I found beauty products that we will be obsessing over soon in the U.S. Here are a few photos of Paris that make me smile.
{The first crêpe of many}
{One of the best croissants I have ever tasted at Patisserie Boulangerie Blé Sucré in the 12th}
{Humorous offerings from America. Please note I did not eat this}
{An empty cup awaiting Parisian coffee before heading to Provence}

Pretty pictures Julia! I loved sharing this adventure with you.
I love France, Paris, train travel, French cafes and bakeries….. Loved this article.
Very exquisite and seductive at the same time. The French really know how to beautify everything.
How did I not know you were in Paris?! I went for the first time a couple of weeks ago and fell in love! Definitely on my “must return” list!
Safe travels!
