Beauty News: Lauren Conrad has been signed to represent Avon's Mark Cosmetics. I had no idea who she was until my niece begged me to watch the Hills on MTV. Now I'm addicted to a teeny-bopper show, but at least it keeps me update-to-date on what is going on in the lives of my young family members. I have to stay on top of my game.
On Saturday, I made the trek to Sephora in Tyson's. I'm still amazed how Sephora can get larger, but still lack Becca Cosmetics. I just don't get how hard it is to put that line in this area. I did see this great Tarte Celebutante Dry Oil spray, which will work well in the summer, instead of using my Nars Body Glow. They didn't have the new Tarte Inside Out Lipgloss made with Borba products in them. I know I bypassed this on Saturday, but this Cargo Lip Gloss Quad in Tenaga is yummy. Ladies, once again, I have gone through a second bottle of With Love by Hillary Duff. My fragrance collection is getting out of control. So, as an early Valentine present to myself, along with a fabulous new piece of jewelry, I added all these items to my shopping cart. I can't wait to Sephora that black Sephora box being delivered to my home. I love Internet shopping.
The Big Game last night was so great to watch. It was exciting to see a great sports match up in a championship game. Congrats to the Colts - Dungy, Peyton and the rest of the Colts. I can't wait for September, not just because of new fall makeup, but because football season will be back in full force. Of course, the collections are going in NY and I know the makeup will be beautiful. Tuleh's mat red lip is delicious.

Emily, I hope they will eventually be able to deal with the customs problems. I think they have great products, but because of distribution, many women may not get to experience them as we do.
ElleB, I'm loving that you are bidding on Caudalie. I have bid on a few beauty items in my time as well. It looked wonderful on my chocolate skin. Yes, it's cheaper than Nars and a lot lighter if that helps.

That dry oil spray looks good and it is cheaper than NARS. How would that look on chocolate skin?
Oh, and btw, I am in a bidding war on Ebay for some Caudalie! Wish me luck!

I hear you about no Becca! The only one even CLOSE to here is in Columbia, MD! I am tired of buying those online and then having to return them.

Thanks for the information. I order my tinted moisturizer online because I know which color I wear, but I was actually looking for new spring Becca to see what it looks like. I will be in NY in a few weeks and will hit up Sephora there.

My sephora in CLT doesn't carry it.But I discovered it at a boutique in Charlotte called Potion( they carry like Chantecaille and Aesop). Maybe you look at some of little beauty boutiques in the area. Doesn't Nordies' sometimes carry it?

I was told by my local Sephora, which their stock of Becca is sadly disappearing and not being re-stocked, that the issue is the product gets stuck in customs coming from Australia. She said they have tried for months to get re-plenished. Hopefully they can get something worked out soon.
