Chanel No. 5 Has a New Face for 2009
CHANEL has chosen Jean-Pierre Jeunet to direct the next No.5 advertising film, with the French actress Audrey Tautou starring in the leading role. Following the films "Amelie" and "The Long Engagement," this will be the third collaboration between Audrey Tautou and Jean-Pierre Jeunet. Once again CHANEL has commissioned a director and his muse to write a new page in the love story between the cinema and No.5. The film will be released in 2009.
I loved, loved, loved her in Amelie.

I love Audrey and I appreciate Chanel for coming full circle and picking a French woman. I think that's one of the main reasons they did that. I don't really know. I assume they wanted to go back to their root and have the best selling perfume represented by the French.
Ooh la la, c'est si bon :)

I think she's gorgeous. I'm glad they chose her to replace Nicole Kidman...not that I didn't like her either. : )
Thanks for this!
Love your blog!

I love her too but I'm kind of surprised that they picked her because she's not that famous!
