The last thing a person needs to do when they are troubled and emotional is watch the season finale of Grey's Anatomy. (The thought of Father's Day without Pops has started to get to me. It's usually a few weeks of trying to cope). Grey's Anatomy is great writing, but the way that I'm already feeling I should have been watching reruns of The Office to make me laugh.
