Sonya Dakar has been taking care of many Hollywood faces for awhile.  She has a premier skin clinic that helps the celebrities maintain gorgeous skin and she was one of the first to come up with signature facial and skin treatments for award season.  Her belief is "skin fitness" which is skin as a whole. It's not just topical.  Exercise and nutrition play equal parts. in making your skin beautiful.  I have used her products from time to time and they are really good.  Now, she has created a line of body products with omega complex and essential oils.  The Mineral Polish and Daily Wash in the Cara Cara scent is the go to in the shower.  It helps wake me up and washes off all the sweat from my morning walks.
