NARS Cosmetics Jungle Red Gift Set is calling my name - "Julia we need this type of red in the arsenal." The kit contains Jungle Red Nail Polish, lip liner, and lipstick. It contains the kind of red nail polish that Mama Dear would have me paint her nails in before she delivered a baby (she was a mid-wife). I'm thinking of getting it to wear on my birthday one month from today. I can just see my nails holding a champagne glass in celebration of another year and all the ups, downs, travels, and possibilities that the next year holds. Ain't life grand.

Denise, this is how I would wear the lipstick. I would fill in my lips with a color like MAC Spice, then I would use a brush to apply the lip color to make it as sheer as possible. Then I would add a gloss such as MAC Love Nectar to bring it down just a little. I definitely will have to play with it, but if someone asked what I was wearing I would love to say "it's all jungle baby."
