Destination Pretty: Aloft Hotels by Starwood

Aloft I have a very sweet boyfriend. After weeks of trying to make plans for the first weekend in August with him he admits a secret.  "I got us tickets to Dave Matthews Band in concert that weekend."  So that's why we couldn't go away.  The concert is at least an hour drive from us so I decided that it's a perfect excuse to stay at the Aloft Hotel by Dulles Airport which is 10 minute drive from the concert venue.  This will be my first "staycation" so I'm excited about that as well.

Aloft Remix Lounge The Aloft Hotels are part of the Starwood Hotel chain and all though the hotels are budget friendly it packs a lot of punch.  The bathrooms are outfitted with Bliss Spa products just like its sister properties, but the hotels have a funkier vibe.  I know at the concert I will be rocking out to all of the bands old and new tunes, so I'm looking forward to a short jaunt to continue the happy vibe in the Remix Lounge.

Aloft Double Queen At the end of the night I look forward to crashing into the bed after a happy day with Dave and the Band.  If the hotel only sold Dave's Blenheim Vineyard Wines then I would really be heaven.

Julia's Beach Bag Beauty: Week 4

The beach bag theme continues as we head into the holiday weekend.  This Martin + Osa tote is perfect for wherever you maybe heading or if you are having your own personal staycation it will work as well.

Martin Osa

For sunscreen - Kiss My Face Sunswat Spray.  This spray is great for those of us who hate the medicinal smell of traditional bug sprays.  Plus, it has an SPF 15 and can be added over your traditional sunscreen.  I suggest using this for sitting at an outside dinner.  If you are like me, I've never met a mosquito that didn't like me.

KMF SunSwat

REN's Mayday Mayday Rescue Balm.  Has the beach wrecked havoc on your lips and hands? Do you have super dry patches on your skin that need some TLC.  Well REN"S Mayday Mayday Rescue Balm can surely come in and rescue your dry skin from the elements.

Ren Rescue Balm

Rodial's Glam Balm Wipes are perfect for the face and body to remove makeup after a long day on the beach. It's also perfect if you have that sticky feeling and need to wipe down your arms and legs if you don't have time to go back to your hotel and freshen up.

Julia's Beach Bag Beauty: Week 3

Lacoste Large Shopper It's week three in the Beach Bag Beauty.  The bags are getting bigger and brighter and the products are always pretty.

This large tangerine shopper from Lacoste has beach bag written all over it.  I need all my bags to go over my shoulders because I tend to overload them.  Yes, I know it's not good, but this is what I do.  The color will also transition to early fall and then resort in the winter.  Don't get me wrong, I love the pink begonia color, but if I get another pink bag - well - Houston we are going to have a problem.

Supergoop SFP 30 Broad Spectrum Sunscreen for Face and Body.  This sunscreen is one of my all time favorites. It's lightweight and so easy to pack around in the summer.  It's also great on the hands if you will be behind the wheel a lot this summer.

 Supergoop

LaVanila Healthy Deodorant. I have been hearing a lot about the LaVanila Healthy Deodorant.  This is a perfect deodorant to carry around especially if you go from the pool or beach to a restaurant and don't have time to to take a shower.

Lavanila Deodorant Collection

Lisa Curran Summer Essentials Kit.  If you need more LaVanila products then choose Lisa Curran's Summer Kit which includes a Lisa Curran Swimsuit, LaVanila Body Butter, and Lip Shine.  The kit gives back to The Ocean Project with each purchase.  The Ocean project increases ocean conservation awareness.

Destination Pretty: Palms Spa at The Palms Casino Resort

Cabanas The Palms Spa is changing the way I will get my beauty fix the next time I’m in Las Vegas.  Now the Palms Spa offers cabana services right by the pool.  The Spa offers services like the “Coconut Glow” a body scrub and oil massage or the “Overexposed” body wrap to repair sun ravaged skin.

Sunset Tan at Palms Place invites guests to “Crawl Back Into Bed” with a buy-one, get-one free tanning offer if you prefer to go the faux tan route.

Drift Spa, also at the Palms, offers poolside services like the “Stone Cold Cocktail” to ease facial tension.  I would opt for the “Cherry Smash” which is the leg/foot scrub and body butter treatment.  Here are few of the Cabana Services:  Sole-ly Refreshing – this is the treat for calves and feet from a day of shopping.  Lemon Ice – a face massage using lemon balm and ice globes.

If you find yourself at the pool on Sunday, the hotel offers a poolside brunch menu so you never have to stop relaxing to eat.

Las Vegas is a must have destination anytime.

Julia's Beach Bag Beauty: Week 2

Jane Marvel I'm headed to Louisiana this weekend for a family reunion but the beach will still be on mind, especially with this adorable Jane Marvel Tote Bag.  This Sunshine pattern is a burst of summer time cool and can go from the plane to the beach in no time.

It's also perfect to carry around while touring the city you are visiting. I love having a big bag when I'm headed to the museum for brochures and information on exhibits.  These products will help you maintain the beauty during the heat.

John Masters Organics SPF 30 Natural Mineral Sunscreen.  I can't begin to think of summer without summer.  Everyday, all day.  Enough said.

Destination Pretty: Gansevoort Hotel Turks & Caicos

Gansevoort T&CI’ve been dreaming of beaches for the past two weeks.  Since I arrived home from Playa del Carmen I have been ready to go back to the beach.  Hopefully I can get back to Mexico soon because I know we as tourists need to help support the country through tourism and help promote our fellow comrades in travel.  But, my honey wants to head to The Turks &Caicos – a destination we both have had our eye on for quite some time.

Gansevoort T&C 2 I told him that I would look into hotels and on my beach radar is the Gansevoort Turks & Caicos– a Wyamar Property.  This property has everything I need: luxe accommodations, a fabulous beach, delicious food, and relaxation.  The GTC features Exhale Spa – which is a divine spa concept with over 11 locations in the U.S.  Exhale has a spa, classes, and in-room spa services.

Julia's Beach Bag Beauty: Week 1

LL Bean Boat & Tote Zip I'm finally home for this first weekend of June. It's been so nice and despite the rain the sun has appeared.  I decided to start a summer series based on my love of the beach.  Here you will find what I love about summer, sand, and the beach and a few of the very pretty things that make my summer hot!

The LL Bean Zip Top Boat & Tote.  My favorite color is the deep fuchsia and I love how you can pack this bag with so much stuff.  I love the monogram and it makes a perfect gift for a wedding party - all you have to do is add goodies.

Beach Bag Beauty:

True Blue Spa - 29 and Holding SPF 29 Broad Spectrum Sunscreen Lotion.  Every beach bag will have a sunscreen.  Why? Should you ask? Everyone needs to wear sunscreen to protect them from the sun's harmful rays.  Yes, the sun does give us Vitamin D, but if you are like me and when you hit the beach you are out there for a few hours you need sunscreen.  Enough said.

True Blue 29 and Holding

Borghese Radiante Brightening Hand Creme with SPF 30.  I can't say enough about this hand creme.  Always remember that hands tell the true age.  This SPF 30 hand creme will protect your hands in the car and on the beach.

Borghese Radiant

Davines Nounou Kit.  The Nounou is a life saver to beach hair.  The kit contains two different shampoos - The Dede Shampoo for moisture and The Nounou Shampoo to help your color stay.    The Nounou Pak mask with restore your beached whip hair to city girl hair quickly or until your next beach trip.

Destination Pretty: Luxury Avenue Cancun - A Boutique Mall Worth Visiting

Luxury Avenue The one thing I learned during all my girlfriend getaways is that no getaway would be complete without shopping.  It’s a ritual.  I need the sun and sand, but I also need to peruse beautiful things as well.  It helps that Playa del Carmen is only a one hour drive to the

Cancun’s Luxury Avenue Boutique Mall.

This mall has a plethora of shops including Ferragamo, Louis Vuitton, CH Carolina Herrera, Longchamp, Max Mara and my new favorite Daniel Espinosa for jewelry.  I picked up a drop-dead gorgeous necklace returned home sporting it every single chance I get.  The store also carries duty-free only cosmetics which makes this beauty junkie super happy.  I personally prefer to shop without my beau, but if you must bring a companion along who doesn't want to shop - have them head upstairs to the cafe where they can enjoy a beverage or cocktail.  This will allow you to shop in peace too.

If you are staying in Playa, Cozumel, or any area outside of Cancun tell the hotel concierge to set up a car service to and from Luxury Avenue.  If you need assistance, they can arrange a personal shopper that can take care of all your needs.  This personal touch is great to have even on vacation.

I believe right now more than ever we must support tourism in Mexico.  I’m trying to figure out sometime in my calendar for a return to Mexico in the next few months.  As Peter Greenberg the travel detective would say, “when the going gets tough, the tough travel.”  Mexico has always been a great tourist spot and we have to focus on keeping it that way.  Every time I go to Mexico I always get a feeling of warmth and hospitality.

Destination Pretty: I Do It in Paris

Do It In Paris I just came across this lovely site that gives information on my favorite city in the world - Paris. Sign up for the "Do It In Paris" newsletter and weekly tips on things to do in the City of Lights.  I think this is absolutely one of the best things because now you won't have to rely on guidebooks if you plan on visiting.  I will be archiving many of the finds and adding them to my new Moleskin City Notebook for Paris. I have to get all my notes in order for my birthday weekend celebration in Paris December 18.

Destination Pretty: Royal Playa del Carmen

The RoyalIt seems the girls and I are becoming partial to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean.  As much as I love Cabo San Lucas, the Pacific water is just a little rough and the meniscus tear in my knee is still healing from being flipped by a wave last summer (don't ask).  It was without hesitation that we found ourselves back in the Atlantic for Mexico. This year we decided on The Royal Playa del Carmen

The Royal Playa is an all-inclusive hotel, but if you are looking for a massive all inclusive resort - this is not your best choice.  It's the size of a boutique hotel and the personal touches is why this resort is high on my list as a favorite.  It sits in the middle of dowtown Playa and a short walk out of the front door puts you on a shopping avenue to buy souvenirs, beach cover-ups, swimsuits, restaurants and bars.  I was able to pick up super cute cover-ups for my next trip.

Destination Pretty: Phyto Plage Suncare

Phyto Sun VeilA few days before I headed to Playa del Carmen I was able to have a nice long chat with Ted Gibson ("my hair boyfriend") on prepping the hair for summer.  The one sentence that I love him for is this:  "you can't expect city girl hair at the beach - it's the beach - think beach hair - relax."  So, when I decided to prepare my packing list I kept hearing Ted's glorious voice in my head - "beach hair."

I decided to test out his theory with the Phyto Plage Sun Care products.  My choice was the Phyto Plage Sun Veilwhich I sprayed on my hair everyday before heading to the pool and the beach.  First, the scent is divine and second, it protected my hair from the sun.  I applied a small amount of conditioner with it, combed it through, and slicked my hair into a low chignon.  My hair returned home moisturized and conditioned.  TED IS A GENIUS.  I'm headed to the beach a few more times this year (Dominican Republic is on the radar for late summer) and I won't be leaving home with my Phyto Sun Veil.  Next on my list to try is the After Sun Mask.  In the meantime I will be spraying more Sun Veil - especially this weekend for a crab fest at the house.

Destination Pretty: Juicy Couture Paisley Terry Malibu Hat

JC Hat Now is the time to start thinking of how you will protect your face from the sun. We all know you must wear sunscreen daily, but if you are going to spend anytime in the sun you should also invest in a cute hat.  I love lounging by the pool and the ocean and wouldn't this cute Paisley Terry Hat be the perfect hat to do so.  The color is described as Martinique Pink and it's as vibrant as the destination Martinique.  This will go with a neutral swimsuit color and my perfect summer outfit - a white tee and white jeans.

It's also the perfect hat to wear around a beach town. Last year was my very first time in Atlantic City and I had so much fun walking on the boardwalk, eating ice cream, and enjoying the family.  Although this hat won't be coming with me to Playa on Thursday, it will be coming with me to Atlantic City later this year.

Destination Pretty: Felix Rey Mesi Clutch With Ikat Trim

Felix Rey Mesi ClutchI'm counting down to my official Girlfriend Getaway to Playa del Carmen next week.  I can't wait to see my girls and "my best friend in the whole wide world - Ms. Cassy."  It's going to be lots of sun, laughter, and girl talk.  I see the margarita in my hand while looking over a stack of magazines and a few books I've wanted to read - all on food.  The one item I always bring on a trip is a clutch that I can wear with numerous outfits from swim cover ups to a cute strapless dress.

I'm currently loving all Felix Rey clutches.  They have a such a vast array of colors, textures, and prints.  My favorite right now is the Felix Rey Mesi Clutch with Ikat Trim.  I love this 80s gold mesh with hot pink trim.  The gold takes me back to the 80s watching Solid Goldwith my brothers. Now all I need is a deluxe edition of Flashdance and Irene Cara singing What a Feelin'.

P.S. As much as I like Jennifer Lopez she did not create the Flashdance routine. It's often imitated, but never duplicated.

Destination Pretty: Vivienne Tam HP Digital Clutch

HP Vivienne Tam LaptopI used to be a PC girl, but once I bought my Macbook, I couldn't possible see going back.  The only thing that could possible make me go back is this adorable, compact, and ever so stylish Vivienne Tam HP Digital Clutch.  As much as I love my Macbook, it is so hard for me to carry it around every where I need it to go.  The MacAir is cute, but not as cute as this.  During Fashion Week, Vivienne Tam even had live blogging during her presentation.

It's available at one of my favorite stores and it could definitely help me score more InCircle Rewards.  But the main reason I want this is to pack in my pocketbook for all my travels.  I could use the Microsoft Works for drafts and since I have my own data card I'm able to log on the web anytime and anyplace.  I have my annual girlfriend getaway in 3 weeks and it starts another wave of being on the go.  I wonder if I could convince my family that I deserve this for Mother's Day. I do all the mothering in my family and this would be the perfect gift for me.

The Jet Set Girl's Peek in AATP's Carry-On

JSG

The wonderful ladies Anne and Hope have featured me in their ongoing series entitled "A Peek Inside Their Carry-On."  It's one of my favorite features on their site.  You can see what's in my carry-on here.

Destination Pretty: Hilton Denizen Hotels

Hilton Denizen Hotels Hilton Hotels are launching a new and modern hotel concept - Denizen.  I'm curious to see how Denizen will stack up to the regular Hilton Hotels.  Boutique hotels are all the rage and I look forward to finding out more about Denizen.  Denizen may be the perfect competitor to Starwood's W Hotel and Kimpton Hotels.  Only time will tell.  I'm waiting to hear more about Denizen, because when the time is right - I plan to pay them a visit.  Denizen Hotels and resorts will range from unique, select boutique experiences to larger destination resorts.

Development negotiations are currently underway for resorts and destinations in these cities throughout the globe; including, but not limited to Abu Dhabi, Austin, Beverly Hills (California), Buenos Aires, Cancun, Hollywood (California), Istanbul, Jerusalem, Las Vegas, London, Los Cabos, Miami, Montreal, Mumbai, New York City, Panama City and Washington D.C.

I hope the Buenos Aires property is up in November when I head back to BA for a much needed holiday.

Destination Pretty: Casa del Mar Hotel & Spa

Casa LobbyHotel Casa del Mar has been on my mind for a few months to visit.  I just found out that they are offering a new wellness routine while traveling, with its new "Wellness Your Way" program.  This program has a menu that focuses on mental and physical wellness.  The Wellness programs have been created in collaboration with Moonview Sanctuary, a Santa Monica-based non-residential treatment and optimal performance.

The doctors behind Moonview Sanctuary have designed a series of treatments and programs to help visitors find clarity, balance and grace.  Moonview uses both Eastern and Western disciplines to individually customize psychological, physical and spiritual healing. Casa del Mar will offer a selection of custom Moonview Sanctuary sessions and programs on property, including Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnotherapy.  I'm a big believer in Eastern medicine to go along with Western philosophy.

Casa Del MarNow let’s talk about the spa.  To complement the wellness platform the hotel has renovated it’s spa and it’s considered an eco-luxury spa.  The new spa will feature treatments utilizing Voya Organic Seaweed products, exclusive to Casa in the Los Angeles area.  I have my eye on the Seaweed Leaf Body Wrap Ritual that revitalizes skin condition, relaxes tired muscles, and relieves stress.

The only question I have to ask myself is “when can I go this year?”  I’m figuring out a way to do that as I write this review.

Destination Pretty - Ted Gibson's Travel Essentials Kit

TG Discovery Kit Look at what Ted created for me because he knows how much I love to go. So false. Actually he created it for Anne Hathaway. Anne is Ted's muse and I'm sure with her jet-setting schedule she needed his products when she travels. I'm not taking it with me to St. Croix next week, but I will be taking it somewhere.  The TG Travel Essentials Kit comes with the following: daily cleanse, daily nourish, beautiful hold hair spray, and 3 styling sheets.  I will probably give this to my niece who's going to the Bahamas next month for her first girlfriend getaway.

Destination Pretty - Tory Burch Reva Ballerina Flats

Reva flat I love Tory Burch's style.  I look at her site for inspiration.  I love her dresses, tunics, and totes.  But, I'm addicted to Tory Burch Reva ballet flats. As much as I love a nice stiletto there is no way I walk around an airport in heels or sneakers.  It's just not my style.  For me it just doesn't work. I've been that girl running through the airport trying to catch a connecting flight and those cute heeled shoes were not helping. Reva flats are comfortable and cute. I'm able to walk on cobble stoned streets without worrying about twisting my ankles.  I'm partial to black, but these gold ones are catching my eye.  Those flats and these heels are a perfect destination pretty combination.  Of course I'm not completely against a fabulous heel.

Have a great day!

Canyon Ranch Elasticity Body Balm

Canyon Ranch Body Balm I have never been to Canyon Ranch Spa. I know that I will get there in the next few years and when I do I will enjoy all the beauty that the spa has. I will need to go to the Canyon Ranch in Tucson first before I visit the other lcations.

To accompany me on my spa journey will be my Aunt Peepsie.  This is a woman that knows how to relax.  As busy as she is - she always makes time to rest.  I can see us walking around the spa in our robes, going to our next appointment, and embracing our mother/daughter time.  (She's just like a mother to me and my mother would be bored in the first hour).

I want to embrace all that it has to offer. Until then I will slather my body with Canyon Ranch's Elasticity Body Balm.  The balm contains camelia, almond, and sunflower oils. As I anoint my body with this balm I speak positive thoughts on visiting Canyon Ranch.  "Canyon Ranch see you soon, Canyon Ranch see you soon."

Destination Pretty - The Laundress Fabric Fresh

The Laundress I'm going to stop complaining about the cold and the estimated 2-4 inches of snow today. It's much worse in other places around the world.  I'm looking forward to going to St. Croix in February and the thought of the beach, food, and great friends is providing warmth to my soul.

As much as I travel, I don't know why dirty clothes seem to weigh more.  But at least they will smell clean with The Laundress Fabric Fresh. I have been using the Fabric Fresh in Lady on my clothes at home, especially the ones from the dry cleaner which tend to smell funny.  I'm going to spray all my clothes before I pack to come back home.  Hopefully I can bring the island relaxed state of mind back with me as well.

Destination Pretty - Anthony Logistics for Men Deluxe Weekender Bag

Anthony Logistics - Deluxe Weekender I'm always writing about what I would take on a trip, but I have been meaning to write what The Don would carry on his trips.  Since I found my partner in this crazy little thing called life, it's time I devote a little more blogging about "boy" stuff.  Well, the Anthony Logistics for Men Deluxe Weekender Bag is perfect for that.  It's a nice leather duffel designed with Morgan Gray that perfect for the weekend or a carry-on.  The bag contains the AL Glycolic Facial Cleanser, Shave Cream, Citrus Body Cleansing Gel, Glycerin Hand and Body Lotion, Razor Burn Repair, Sea Salt Body Scrub, Pre-Shave Oil, Facial Scrub, and After Shave Balm.  These products will last him a very long time since he doesn't have a heavy hand like me.  Of course after spotting Josh Duhamel leaving on his honeymoon I had to find out what it was.  Now we aren't leaving on a honeymoon, but we are leaving on a few trips in the following months and this bag will be perfect.

Destination Pretty: MP3 Travel Case with Speakers

Ipod_carrier Last week I discovered my new favorite carry-on bag and this week I discovered the cutest MP3 carrier case. I never go anywhere with out my music.  I need my music at all times.  Listening to music helps me relax - a little - but I love getting ready for a night on the town and rocking out to my music once I get dressed.  I think the case is a little pricey for me, but I will be watching it faithfully to go on sale.

The green is gorgeous, but I know me and once I'm ready to purchase I hope that I will get that color instead of my go to pink.  2009 is all about doing things a little differently and opting for green is a start.

I have a motto of no black bags for 2009.  I hope I can do that too.

Destination Pretty: Hayden-Harnett Maldives Weekender

Maldives_bagI'm getting all new luggage in 2009 and the first item on my agenda is a new weekend bag.  The major use for the bag is to carry on the plane in my pursuit of only using carry-on luggage for my weekend getaways that are under 4 days in length.  I'm ripping sheets out of travel magazines for tips and ideas.  The first weekend trip is Fort Lauderdale in February and I can see carrying this Hayden-Harnett Maldives on the plane with me.  It's enough room for my small liquids, clutch, Ipod, and my Kindle which should arrive by then.  I'm ready for some sun and sand.  I love that they named the bag after the Maldives.  It's a destination we plan to visit in 2010.

Destination Pretty: Pashmina International Scarves

PashminaPashmina International is one of my go-to places for pashmina scarves.  I like their fabrics and the quality is absolute amazing.  I primarily use their cashmere or merino wool scarves whenever I travel.  I don't know how anyone can use a blanket on an airplane.  When I think of all those germs I really begin to freak out.  Plus, they just aren't warm enough.  I love the cashmere ones for covering up fully on a plane.  No matter how much I layer my  clothes I'm always freezing on a plane.  I add a pair of cashmere socks and I'm warm until my destination.  Does it make flying for me easier? Uhm, no, but it has me looking chic while flying.

Destination Pretty: Celebrity Solstice

Solstice I had the opportunity to go on the preview sailing of the new Celebrity Solstice Cruise Ship.  If you have never been on a cruise I highly recommend them.  Yes, most people consider them for older people, but if you go with the right people, cruising is a blast.  I still look at the photos from my Celebrity Mediterranean Cruise two years ago.

The one thing to remember about cruising:  IT'S ALL ABOUT THE SHIP.  If you go on a ship that lacks service, amenities, and great food - well it's not going to be a great cruise.  The next thing to remember about cruising is the people you go with.  I have had the time of my life on cruises do to my traveling companions and this one wasn't any different.  I went with those Jet Set Girls - Hope and Anne.  It was a girls dream to talk beauty, fashion, food, and wine as we sat in our cabanas by the pool.  Cabanas? Celebrity thought of everything on this ship.  We scored one every day.

The first place I want to spend my time is at The Tuscan Grille restaurant where I can have my own Italian restaurant experience in the middle of the Caribbean.

Destination Pretty: BVLGARI Eau Parfumee au The Blanc Refreshing Towels

Bvlgari_towelettes_2 After spending a few hours in the Fort Lauderdale airport on Sunday waiting for my flight home, I could have used these Bvlgari The Blanc Towelettes.  There is something about wiping down the seat tray on a flight that makes the rather tedious adventure of flying a little more bearable.  I was in Fort Lauderdale for the Preview Sailing of the new Celebrity ship - The Solstice (review next week).  The towelettes are the perfect size and since they aren't a liquid I don't have to lose any room in my clear quart size bag for my carry-on.  And yes, I did manage to go away with just a carry-on this weekend.  I'm actually proud of myself.  We are thinking of Vegas in January and hopefully I will be able to only carry-on then as well.

Beauty.com + Rachel Roy = Fabulous Clutch with Goodies

Rachel_roy_2

Beauty.com and teamed up with fashion designer Rachel Roy to create a limited edition clutch full of goodies with any $100 purchase.  I love Rachel Roy designs and this clutch just makes me want one of her designs.  This clutch is full of wonderful products that I need for my travels.

Destination Pretty: Michael Kors Rollerball Fragrance and Lip Gloss Duo

Michael_kors_rollerball I'm headed out of town the next two weekends and my goal is to only take a carry-on.  (I can hear you snickering at this thought while you are reading.)  I'm shaking my head just typing this.  I really think I can do it.  "I think I can, I think I can."  I'm the little traveler that could.  This Michael Kors Rollerball/Lipgloss Duo can help me.  I have a fragrance and a shimmer lip gloss that I can apply at night over my lipstick.  The fragrance is one of my all time favorites and there is never a winter that I don't wear it.  Even though I'm going to the Sunshine state, this scent will be fabulous for my nighttime pretty.

Destination Pretty: PureOlogy 2008 Holiday Hydrate Kit

Pureology_2008_holiday_hydrate_kit_ Just in time for the holidays and for a few of my weekend getaways, one of my favorite hair care lines PureOlogy has thought of me.  Well, maybe they didn't think of me personally, but they thought of all the people who want to try their line but needed a little incentive.  I give you the Holiday Hydrate Kit. I have two weekends of back-to-back travel and girlfriend is going to need all the hydration she can get with this cold weather.  The kit contains 2 ounce sizes of the Hydrate Shampoo, Conditioner, Instant Repair and InCharge Plus Finishing Spray.  All the products I need to look cute in two different climates. PureOlogy, maybe you should consider adding these sizes to the permanent collection.

MWAH!  Love you, mean it!
