Summer is not over which means I have a few more sweaty weeks to prepare and plan for the annual Sprint for the Cure 5K with the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, DC. The annual event is to support the Washington Cancer Institute and I am happy to be a part of the event. Although I am still suffering from an ankle injury, I plan to walk the event in support. If you are in the area and want to start working on your fitness a 5K is a great place to start. You don’t have to run, you just have to put one foot in front of the other and move.
